We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for most events. For larger installations or brand activations, we suggest 4–6 weeks to ensure availability and proper planning. Weekend dates fill quickly — book early!
Yes! We provide full-service delivery, installation, and breakdown for all our packages. Our team handles everything from setup to cleanup, so you can focus entirely on enjoying your event.
We use high-quality latex balloons that are biodegradable and sourced from responsible suppliers. We also offer balloon recycling programs and always clean up thoroughly after every event.
Absolutely! We specialize in custom color matching and can work with your brand colors, wedding palette, or any specific aesthetic you have in mind. Just share your vision during consultation.
We are based in Portland, Oregon and serve the greater Portland metro area including Beaverton, Hillsboro, Salem, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for events outside a 30-mile radius.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event — late payment will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the retainer. All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made 14+ days prior to the event allow one reschedule within 6 months. Cancellations under 14 days result in forfeiture of the retainer. In the case of unsafe conditions or weather-related issues, one reschedule will be permitted.
